Staff
A comprehensive staff survey was conducted during 2007 by an external agency, from which four main themes arose for the firm to examine further and provide solutions. Focus groups were put together from volunteers of staff from across the firm and from every level. Their aim is to provide proposals to the firm’s Governing Board based on their findings and their colleague’s suggestions. These proposals will be completed very shortly and any changes implemented as soon as is practical.
Suggestion boxes are available across the firm to staff for any ideas they may have that would assist them and in consequence make the firm more efficient. Several suggestions have already been implemented including; on-site massages, dry-cleaning service, provision of Fairtrade tea and coffee and an increased number of recycling bins. A number of other suggestions are also under consideration.
We also provide:
- A wide-ranging induction programme for all members of staff.
- An equal opportunities and diversity policy that is reviewed as new legislation is introduced.
- A comprehensive flexible working programme.
- Ongoing training and development.
- Health & Safety training.
- A very active social committee.
