New Right to Request Time off for Training - 5 Mar 2010
With effect from 6 April 2010 employees will have a statutory right to request time off work to undertake study or training. Initially the rules will apply only to employers with 250 employees or more, but the right will be extended to cover all employers from April 2011. More >>
